Our 3 Fromages de l’Isle cheese Fondue has fruity notes with aromas of forest underbrush and hazelnuts.

Creamy and perfectly balanced, it blends three local cheeses: Canotier de l'Île, Tomme de Grosse-Île and aged Île-aux-Grues Cheddar. All three are carefully crafted using only cow’s milk from Île-aux-Grues dairy farms.

We’re delighted to offer you this deliciously local fondue, full of the cheesy flavours of Quebec’s North: savoury, with floral aromas and a delicately fragrant touch of garlic flower from the unique Fleurs d’ail cheese from Abitibi-Témiscamingue.

Fondue au Village is made using the amazing raw milk cheeses crafted by mother-daughter team Anne and Hélène of Le Fromage au Village in Lorrainville, Témiscamingue.

La Fondue du Guerrier cheese fondue is made with a blend of local cheeses and seasoned with spices native to Quebec. The traditional Épices du Guerrier spice blend adds an explosive burst of amazing flavour—cheese, maple and dune pepper, yum! 

La Léonne fondue with beer is delicate yet full of flavour—a surefire crowd-pleaser. Léonne beer, made by Carleton-based microbrewery Le Naufrageur, offers citrus notes that perfectly set off the blend of Fromagerie de l’Isle cheeses.

It’s ready to cook with no need for added ingredients: just grab your favourite fruits and veggies. We especially recommend green apple or pear (yum!).

Our Thé du Labrador cheese fondue is packed with delicious, full-bodied richness that will linger happily in your mouth. It was carefully crafted to showcase local flavours: the Ale Amérindienne series from the Gaspésie microbrewery Le Naufrageur, blended with cheeses from Fromagerie de l’Isle.

Our La Déparaillée cheese fondue with Pépé beer from the Yamachiche-based Brasserie Déparaillée de Yamachiche is deliciously unique. Why? Because Pépé is a blond beer with five types of wild pepper. Yum!
