Quoi de mieux que des pâtes pour souper ? Tellement délicieux et facile à préparer. Dans cette recette, nous vous proposons de remplacer la sauce par la succulente Fondue au Village.

Ingrédients
  • Fondue au Village
  • 340 g (3/4 lb) de fettucines
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) d’huile d’olive
  • 450 g (1 lb) de champignons blancs tranchés
  • 45 g (1/3 tasse) de noisettes grillées, hachées grossièrement
  • 3 gousses d’ail (au goût)
  • Persil (au goût)
Préparation
  1. Dans une grande poêle à feu élevé, faire dorer les champignons dans l’huile. Ajouter l’ail et poursuivre la cuisson une (1) minute. Réserver.
  2. Pendant ce temps, faire cuire les pâtes dans une casserole d’eau bouillante salée et égoutter le tout.
  3. Préparer la Fondue Vau-Do selon les indications.
  4. Ajouter les pâtes à la préparation aux champignons. Ajouter la fondue. Réchauffer une (1) minute en remuant pour bien enrober les pâtes de fondue. Retirer du feu.
  5. Ajouter les noisettes et parsemer le tout de persil.

*Pour une version gratinée, ajouter le fromage râpé de votre choix et mettre votre fettucine au four jusqu’à ce que le dessus soit bien doré (avant l’étape 5).
