Les œufs offrent tellement de possibilités. Voici une recette d’omelette avec une touche magique de fondue. Les omelettes sont délicieuses à tous les repas et elles sont tout simplement parfaites pour un souper de semaine.

Ingrédients
  • Chic ! Fondue légèrement fumée
  • 8 œufs (2 œufs par personne)
  • 60 ml (4 c. à soupe) d’huile d’olive
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) de jambon en dés
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de ciboulette hachée
  • Sel
  • Une pincée de poivre noir moulu
Préparation
  1. Dans un bol, battre les œufs. Saler et poivrer.
  2. Faire sauter les légumes à la poêle dans l’huile. Réserver.
  3. Verser le mélange d’œufs. Cuire de deux (2) à trois (3) minutes.
  4. Lorsque le fond est presque cuit, ajouter la fondue crue et les légumes.
  5. Plier l’omelette en deux et compléter la cuisson au four.
  6. Parsemer le tout de ciboulette.

Une omelette simplement décadente ! Bon appétit !

*Pour une version plus épicée, ajouter du tabasco dans le mélange d’œufs.
