C’est le plat par excellence à déguster en pigeant directement dans le plat. En plus, ça fait très peu de vaisselle. Le « F », c’est bien entendu pour célébrer la fondue, ou plus précisément la Fondue L’Ancêtre, qui est l’ingrédient clé de cette recette.

Ingrédients
  • Fondue L’Ancêtre
  • 1 sac de 300 g de croustilles pour nachos
  • 500 ml (2 tasses) de poulet cuit coupé en morceaux
  • 1 poivron vert coupé en petit morceau
  • 1 tomate épépinée coupée en dés
  • Oignon vert tranché finement (au goût)
  • Coriandre fraîche (au goût)
  • Environ 125 ml (½ tasse) de salsa
  • Crème sure, guacamole ou salsa pour le service (au goût)
Préparation
  1. Préchauffer le four à 400 °F.
  2. Préparer la Fondue L’Ancêtre en suivant les indications.
  3. Étendre une partie des croustilles pour nachos et faire couler la fondue. Répartir la salsa, le poulet cuit et les légumes. (En conserver pour la suite de la recette)
  4. Faire un autre étage avec croustilles pour nachos, fondue au fromage, salsa, poulet cuit et légumes.
  5. Répéter si nécessaire.
  6. Cuire au four 10 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que la cuisson soit parfaite.
  7. Parsemer de coriandre fraîche.

Pour le service, vous pouvez ajouter de la crème sure, du guacamole et de la salsa. Faites trempette et savourez!

* Pour une version végé, il suffit de faire cette recette sans poulet.
