Ah, le célèbre mac and cheese, tellement savoureux et crémeux! Voici notre version totalement 1001 Fondues : le Mac & Chic! – nommé en l’honneur de la Chic! Fondue, qui est la vedette de ce plat.

Ingrédients
  • Chic! Fondue (celle de votre choix)
  • 430 ml (1 ¾ tasse) de macaronis cuits
  • 1 oignon vert haché (au goût)
  • 2,5 ml (½ c. à thé) de moutarde à l’ancienne (au goût)
  • 60 ml (¼ tasse) de chapelure fraîche
  • Paprika (au goût)
Préparation
  1. Faire chauffer le four à 350 °F.
  2. Préparer la Chic! Fondue en suivant les indications.
  3. Mettre les macaronis cuits dans un plat allant au four. Ajouter la fondue au fromage, l’oignon vert haché et la moutarde, et remuer pour bien enrober le tout.
  4. Garnir de la chapelure.
  5. Faire cuire 20 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que le macaroni soit bien chaud.
  6. Et pour la touche finale, ajouter du paprika.

* Pour une version gratinée, ajouter du fromage cheddar fort ou celui de votre choix sur votre macaroni avant de le mettre au four.
