Oh là là! Le bon vieux grilled cheese est complètement revisité dans cette recette version 2.0.

Ingrédients
  • Fondue Diable Vert
  • 8 tranches de pain de ménage
  • 80 ml (1/3 de tasse) de poivrons rouges grillés
  • 60 g de tranches fines de prosciutto (15 g par portion)
  • 10 ml (2 c. à thé) de beurre ramolli ou huile d’olive
  • Roquette (au goût)

Pour une option végétarienne, simplement omettre le prosciutto.

Préparation
  1. Dans une poêle à feu moyen avec un filet d’huile d’olive ou de beurre, faire revenir les poivrons environ 1 à 2 minutes. Réserver.
  2. Tartiner les deux côtés des tranches de pain de fondue Diable Vert non cuite. Faire griller les deux côtés à la poêle environ 2 à 3 minutes.
  3. Ajouter dans l’ordre les poivrons, le prosciutto et la roquette.
  4. Griller les deux côtés du sandwich dans une poêle à feu moyen vif environ 2 à 3 minutes.
