Facile à préparer, le croque-monsieur demeure un choix gagnant pour toute la famille. Voici une recette de fondue à explorer.

Ingrédients
  • Fondue La Brume du Littoral
  • 4 tranches de pain (pain de votre choix : multigrains, pain croûté, etc.)
  • 8 tranches de jambon émincé
  • 1 poire mûre pelée et tranchée
  • Environ 180 ml (¾ tasse) de roquette fraîche
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) de moutarde forte ou moutarde de Dijon (au goût)
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) d’huile d’olive
Préparation
  1. Préchauffer le four à 375 °F
  2. Peler et enlever le cœur de la poire. Trancher la poire en fines tranches.
  3. Préparer la Fondue Brume du Littoral selon les indications.
  4. Étendre la moutarde forte ou la moutarde de Dijon sur les tranches de pain.
  5. Badigeonner d’huile d’olive une plaque allant au four. Déposer les pains sur la plaque.
  6. Déposer deux tranches de jambon sur chaque tranche, ajouter les poires et couler la fondue au fromage sur le dessus.
  7. Cuire au four durant environ 10 minutes.
  8. Garnir le tout avec la roquette.

Un croque-monsieur : Simplement délicieux à tous les moments de la journée.

*Pour une version encore plus rapide, simplement mettre du jambon, badigeonner les pains avec la moutarde forte et couler la fondue sur le dessus.
